The XAPPS connector integrates resources like Jig Borers horizontal, Non Ferrous Circular Sawing Machines or Universal Sheet Metalworker seamlessly with ERP/MES like SAP R/3 or Proalpha and delivers consistent information (Quality, Total Pieces, Reduced Speed) in real time. With the Machine Data Extractor you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (NOBS, BRET, RUHRMANN...) and control-specific (Eckelmann CNC55, Eckelmann PNC55, DE VILIEG Automation Intell. P...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Source DB source DW DB 41, Set value 0 already assigned or NC in emergency stop state) to uniform machine states like Faulted , Non Productive , Faulted .

  • Transform states like (Faulted , Non Productive , Faulted ) to indicators (Quality, Total Pieces, Reduced Speed).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the MES connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (NOBS, BRET, RUHRMANN) machine programming the SAP - Machine connector can be implemented rapidly.
