The NIGATA SPN 50 MES interface for 5 Sides Machining centres Vert Hor enables you to reinforce the corporate strategy, view machine states and recognize scheduled maintenances of the plant floor.

The Industrial Data Capture module integrates resources like Transfer Presses 2-4 columns, Fly Presses with Friction Drive or Fly Presses with Electro Mechanical Drive seamlessly with ERP/MES like Ordat or Ordat and delivers consistent information (Breakdowns, Good Pieces, Setup and Adjustments) in real time. With the Sensor Machine EDP connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (TAYLOR HOBSON, STAL, CLARKS...) and control-specific (RASKIN 303, PHILIPS 6600, ZOLLER 6080...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (NC stop, Block search with calculation softkey or FAF via command channel DB 41) to uniform machine states like Undefined , Undefined , Specific Alarm.

  • Transform states like (Undefined , Undefined , Specific Alarm) to indicators (Breakdowns, Good Pieces, Setup and Adjustments).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Factory Data Collection technology does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (TAYLOR HOBSON, STAL, CLARKS) machine programming the OPC - ERP interface can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Milling machines, Machining centers or Presses hydraulic that are customized for controls (RASKIN 303, PHILIPS 6600, ZOLLER 6080...) you profit for 5 Sides Machining centres Vert Hor from low total costs of ownership.
