The WILLEMIN MACODEL W 138 Process Data interface for 5 Sides Machining centres Vert Hor enables you to enhance the productivity, improve operating results and analyze productive times of the plant floor.

The SAP - Machine connector integrates resources like Gear Tester Combination, Gear Planers or Surface Treatment Plant and Machinery seamlessly with ERP/MES like Microsoft Dynamics NAV or PSI and delivers consistent information (Good Pieces, , Run Rate) in real time. With the Operational Data Acquisition connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (ARYMA, FASTI HOAN, VULCAN...) and control-specific (ANILAM Crusader III, BOSTOMATIC BDC 3200, YASNAC 3000...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Source DB source DW DB 41, Feedrate override active or Position control active) to uniform machine states like Safety Net , Faulted , Quality Alert .

  • Transform states like (Safety Net , Faulted , Quality Alert ) to indicators (Good Pieces, , Run Rate).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Machine - SAP connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (ARYMA, FASTI HOAN, VULCAN) machine programming the MDA connector can be implemented rapidly.
