CARBORUNDUM Machine Data Extractor


 


The CARBORUNDUM Machine Data Extractor for Abrasive Band Grinding Machines enables you to reduce the process time, visualize idle machine states and acquire the correct part time of the plant floor.

The XMII client connector integrates resources like Coilers and decoilers, Guillotine Shears Hand operated or Universal Ironworker seamlessly with ERP/MES like Apertum or SAP Business One and delivers consistent information (Setup and Adjustments, Quality Loss, Fully Productive Time) in real time. With the Production Data Acquisition connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (TRUMPF, FRONT GAUGE, ROVETTA...) and control-specific (ALLEN BRADLEY 8400 CP, YASNAC i 80 b, CHIRON with 3T-Control...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Actual direction of rotation clockwise, S word or ESR monitoring active) to uniform machine states like Tool Change , Degraded, Undefined .

  • Transform states like (Tool Change , Degraded, Undefined ) to indicators (Setup and Adjustments, Quality Loss, Fully Productive Time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the SCADA - OPC - ERP connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (TRUMPF, FRONT GAUGE, ROVETTA) machine programming the MES - Machine integration connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Presses hydraulic, Machining centers or Presses hydraulic that are customized for controls (ALLEN BRADLEY 8400 CP, YASNAC i 80 b, CHIRON with 3T-Control...) you profit for Abrasive Band Grinding Machines from low total costs of ownership.
