KAPEMA BGM 75 x 2000 MES Connector module


 


The KAPEMA BGM 75 x 2000 MES Connector module for Abrasive Band Grinding Machines enables you to enhance the information flow and transparence, reinforce the corporate strategy and create order related reports of the plant floor.

The MDA connector integrates resources like H-Frame Toggle Lever Presses for Cold Flow Solid Forming, Thread and Worm Cutting Machines or Transfer machines in one line seamlessly with ERP/MES like Ordat or IBM and delivers consistent information (Good Pieces, Rework Pieces, Operating time) in real time. With the XMII client connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (LILIAN, REY, DUNKES...) and control-specific (ARIES 04, MITSUBISHI M75, GE 7542...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Display in message line page, User keys or Rapid traverse, G00) to uniform machine states like Power Off , DCON Communication Lost, Systems Fault .

  • Transform states like (Power Off , DCON Communication Lost, Systems Fault ) to indicators (Good Pieces, Rework Pieces, Operating time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Sensor Machine EDP connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (LILIAN, REY, DUNKES) machine programming the Machine EDP Connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Shears, Thread and worm machines or Measuring machines that are customized for controls (ARIES 04, MITSUBISHI M75, GE 7542...) you profit for Abrasive Band Grinding Machines from low total costs of ownership.
