The KUENDIG LBO-SPEZIAL Manufacturing Execution System interface for Abrasive Band Grinding Machines enables you to detect the average pass-trough time, analyze groupwork and improve the process efficiency of the plant floor.

The Factory Data Collection technology integrates resources like Circular Sawing Machines, Broaching machines Vertical or Surface- and die spotting plates seamlessly with ERP/MES like ProALPHA or QAD and delivers consistent information (Quality, Down Time Loss, Planned Production Time) in real time. With the Machine Data Extractor you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (RGA, JLS, WABAMA...) and control-specific (NUM PC PCVMCV2, MAKINO B60, Siemens Sinumerik 840 C...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (M19 acknowledge, Command channel or Dynamic key signals) to uniform machine states like Faulted , Production Stop , Over Cycle .

  • Transform states like (Faulted , Production Stop , Over Cycle ) to indicators (Quality, Down Time Loss, Planned Production Time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Production Data Acquisition connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (RGA, JLS, WABAMA) machine programming the MDA integration technology can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Presses mechanical, Robots or Robots that are customized for controls (NUM PC PCVMCV2, MAKINO B60, Siemens Sinumerik 840 C...) you profit for Abrasive Band Grinding Machines from low total costs of ownership.
