The STAHL SM-CNC 8 7 S350L MES interface for Automatic Polishing Machines enables you to visualize idle machine states , visibly improve the transparency and ascertain the utilization ratio of the plant floor.

The Factory Data Collection technology integrates resources like H-Frame Toggle Lever Presses for Cold Flow Solid Forming, Dust Extraction - Dry or Conventional Rotators seamlessly with ERP/MES like MySAP or Semiramis and delivers consistent information (Setup and Adjustments, Rework Pieces, Process) in real time. With the Process Data Connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (ARENCO-BMD, ARNOUX, GIANA...) and control-specific (ANILAM Crusader M, Siemens SINUMERIK 840Di sl, FANUC 15i...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Actual parameter set number Position control, Delete number of subroutine passes or Skip block in several planes selected) to uniform machine states like Power Off , Degraded, DCON Communication Lost.

  • Transform states like (Power Off , Degraded, DCON Communication Lost) to indicators (Setup and Adjustments, Rework Pieces, Process).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the MDA - MES connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (ARENCO-BMD, ARNOUX, GIANA) machine programming the ERP connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Shaping and slotting machines, Sawing and filing machines or Milling machines that are customized for controls (ANILAM Crusader M, Siemens SINUMERIK 840Di sl, FANUC 15i...) you profit for Automatic Polishing Machines from low total costs of ownership.
