SCHENCK 130 VBAD Machine - EDP connector


 


The SCHENCK 130 VBAD Machine - EDP connector for Balancing machines enables you to visualize machine data, boost flexibility and capture non-productive time of the plant floor.

The Operational Data Logging interface integrates resources like Round Rotary Tables for Borers, Tension and pressure testing gauge or Vertical milling machines seamlessly with ERP/MES like SAGE or Proalpha and delivers consistent information (Quality Loss, Fully Productive Time, Breakdowns) in real time. With the Industrial Data Capture module you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (T-C-S-, HAMAI, GNUTTI FMF 15 125...) and control-specific (MITSUBISHI G DWC 110, BOSCH 120, TOSNUC 5...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Feedrate override, IKA via command channel DB41 or Parking spindle) to uniform machine states like Communication Fault, Tool Change , Non Productive .

  • Transform states like (Communication Fault, Tool Change , Non Productive ) to indicators (Quality Loss, Fully Productive Time, Breakdowns).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Operational Data Acquisition connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (T-C-S-, HAMAI, GNUTTI FMF 15 125) machine programming the Sensor Machine EDP connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Measuring machines, Die casting machines or Thread and worm machines that are customized for controls (MITSUBISHI G DWC 110, BOSCH 120, TOSNUC 5...) you profit for Balancing machines from low total costs of ownership.
