BEHRINGER HBP 530 A Machine Data Logger interface


 


The BEHRINGER HBP 530 A Machine Data Logger interface for Band Sawing Machines Horizontal enables you to capture process information, acquire the correct part time and enhance the information flow and transparence of the plant floor.

The XAPPS connector integrates resources like H-frame Drawing Presses, Gear Tooth Chamfering Pointing and Rounding Machines or Rectangular Rotary Tables for Borers seamlessly with ERP/MES like SAP R/3 or XMII SAP and delivers consistent information (Planned Production Time, Total Pieces, Production Rejects) in real time. With the MES Connector module you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (KITCHEN AND WADE, GNUTTI FMF 6 125, TACCHI SABRE...) and control-specific (Siemens SINUMERIK 802D sl pro, MESSMA Kelch EAZ, HEIDENHAIN 2500 C...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Spindle speed override active, Feedrate override or BRK, BREAK selected) to uniform machine states like In Cycle, Maintenance Assist, Quality Alert .

  • Transform states like (In Cycle, Maintenance Assist, Quality Alert ) to indicators (Planned Production Time, Total Pieces, Production Rejects).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Machine - ERP interface does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (KITCHEN AND WADE, GNUTTI FMF 6 125, TACCHI SABRE) machine programming the ODA Interface module can be implemented rapidly.
