The FMB JUPITER H27 C 1000 XAPPS connector for Band Sawing Machines Horizontal enables you to reduce the process time, post calculate and post calculate of the plant floor.

The ERP connector integrates resources like Gas cutting machines, Folding Machines Mechanical or Coilers and decoilers seamlessly with ERP/MES like QAD or Microsoft Dynamics NAV and delivers consistent information (Takt Time, Ideal Cycle Time, Net Operating Time) in real time. With the Machine Communication interface you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (FPM, MACOBE, SHW...) and control-specific (Siemens Sinumerik 840 C, FANUC 7 M / T, AGATHON CNC 350 Combi...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Deceleration reference point approach, Dry-run feedrate selected or DB DX number cursor cursor data) to uniform machine states like Non Productive , Communication Fault, Communication Fault.

  • Transform states like (Non Productive , Communication Fault, Communication Fault) to indicators (Takt Time, Ideal Cycle Time, Net Operating Time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the SCADA - MES connector technology does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (FPM, MACOBE, SHW) machine programming the Machine Data Extractor can be implemented rapidly.
