JAESPA MSU 4 Machine Data Logger interface


 


The JAESPA MSU 4 Machine Data Logger interface for Band Sawing Machines Vertical enables you to finetune, capture non-productive time and determine the costs per part of the plant floor.

The Machine - ERP interface integrates resources like Gear Hardening Machines, Hardness testers or Car body Drawing Presses double action seamlessly with ERP/MES like QAD or Brain and delivers consistent information (Takt Time, Quality, Quality) in real time. With the OPC - MES - ERP connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (STOCKVIS, PITZMANN, MITSUBISHI JAPAN...) and control-specific (FANUC TB, TRAUB TX8D, ProCom ProCom IPC300...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Function number DB 41, Spindle position reached or F modification) to uniform machine states like Maintenance Assist, Auto Ready , Specific Alarm.

  • Transform states like (Maintenance Assist, Auto Ready , Specific Alarm) to indicators (Takt Time, Quality, Quality).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the MES Connector module does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (STOCKVIS, PITZMANN, MITSUBISHI JAPAN) machine programming the Industrial Data Acquisition can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Drilling machines, Erosion machines or Hammers that are customized for controls (FANUC TB, TRAUB TX8D, ProCom ProCom IPC300...) you profit for Band Sawing Machines Vertical from low total costs of ownership.
