MOESSNER SSF 500 Industrial Data Acquisition


 


The MOESSNER SSF 500 Industrial Data Acquisition for Band Sawing Machines Vertical enables you to enhance the information flow and transparence, analyze faults and identify potential for improvements and to consistently monitor processes of the plant floor.

The MDA - MES connector integrates resources like Trimming machines, Drilling and Milling Centers or Section Benders Horizontal seamlessly with ERP/MES like Baan or SAGE and delivers consistent information (Availability, Reduced Speed, Takt Time) in real time. With the Machine Data Logger interface you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (BUTLER ELGAMILL, WINTEC, HJO...) and control-specific (DE VILIEG Measuring Machine, FANUC 9, GÜTTINGER NUM 56O...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (M word 1 2 3 not decoded, Extended S address or Insertion already active acknowledge) to uniform machine states like Blocked (Blocked Down), Maintenance Assist, Low Material .

  • Transform states like (Blocked (Blocked Down), Maintenance Assist, Low Material ) to indicators (Availability, Reduced Speed, Takt Time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Process Data connector module does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (BUTLER ELGAMILL, WINTEC, HJO) machine programming the Machine - EDP connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Sawing and filing machines, Grinding and honing machines or Presses hydraulic that are customized for controls (DE VILIEG Measuring Machine, FANUC 9, GÜTTINGER NUM 56O...) you profit for Band Sawing Machines Vertical from low total costs of ownership.
