STARTRITE 316H Manufacturing Execution System interface


 


The STARTRITE 316H Manufacturing Execution System interface for Band Sawing Machines Vertical enables you to boost flexibility, analyze faults and identify potential for improvements and reduce the process time of the plant floor.

The Industrial Data Acquisition integrates resources like Plastic Injection Moulders, Round Rotary Tables for Borers or Fly Presses with Friction Drive seamlessly with ERP/MES like SAP Business One or Semiramis and delivers consistent information (Ideal Run Rate, Plant Operating Time, Takt Time) in real time. With the SAP - Machine connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (NAGEL - VERTIKAL, CELTA, NATCO...) and control-specific (HEIDENHAIN TNC 131, PHILIPS 3300, DECKEL Dialog 11...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Function result, Resynchronize spindle or Star delta changeover DB31 611D) to uniform machine states like Non Productive , Specific Alarm, Maintenance Assist.

  • Transform states like (Non Productive , Specific Alarm, Maintenance Assist) to indicators (Ideal Run Rate, Plant Operating Time, Takt Time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Operational Data Acquisition connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (NAGEL - VERTIKAL, CELTA, NATCO) machine programming the Process Data connector module can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Sawing and filing machines, Sawing and filing machines or Grinding and honing machines that are customized for controls (HEIDENHAIN TNC 131, PHILIPS 3300, DECKEL Dialog 11...) you profit for Band Sawing Machines Vertical from low total costs of ownership.
