FMB SL 65 OPC - MES - ERP connector


 


The FMB SL 65 OPC - MES - ERP connector for Bar feeders and Bar loading magazines enables you to to consistently monitor processes, enhance the plant floor specific key figures and capture non-productive time of the plant floor.

The OPC - MES - ERP connector integrates resources like Section Benders Vertical, Bevel Gear Generators Straight or Universal Sheet Metalworker seamlessly with ERP/MES like Ordat or Semiramis and delivers consistent information (Startup Rejects, Startup Rejects, Down Time Loss) in real time. With the OPC - MES - ERP connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (LEONARD CONRAC, PRIMA, KUENDIG...) and control-specific (ZOLLER 6051 electronic, ZOLLER PC Multivision II , Siemens SINUMERIK 802D...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Dry-run feedrate, Channel number DB 37 or Actual parameter set number Position control) to uniform machine states like Systems Fault , End of Travel , Degraded.

  • Transform states like (Systems Fault , End of Travel , Degraded) to indicators (Startup Rejects, Startup Rejects, Down Time Loss).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Process Data connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (LEONARD CONRAC, PRIMA, KUENDIG) machine programming the Manufacturing Execution System interface can be implemented rapidly.
