LNS HYDROBAR 6-42 MES interface


 


The LNS HYDROBAR 6-42 MES interface for Bar feeders and Bar loading magazines enables you to monitor multiple machine work, apportion machine time to product costs and capture process information of the plant floor.

The Quality - Production Data Acquisition interface integrates resources like Ovens and Furnaces, Universal Sheet Metalworker or Gear and bevel gear measuring and testing machines seamlessly with ERP/MES like Oracle or infor and delivers consistent information (Ideal Run Rate, Setup and Adjustments, Quality) in real time. With the XAPPS connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (BIGSTONE, UNION, BRIBISKOP...) and control-specific (ESAB NCE301, HURCO BMC 50, Siemens SINUMERIK 802D...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (DEC single block, Travel command or Battery alarm) to uniform machine states like In Cycle, Energy Conservation , Specific Alarm.

  • Transform states like (In Cycle, Energy Conservation , Specific Alarm) to indicators (Ideal Run Rate, Setup and Adjustments, Quality).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Process Data Acquisition does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (BIGSTONE, UNION, BRIBISKOP) machine programming the Production Data Acquisition connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Presses mechanical, Measuring machines or Presses hydraulic that are customized for controls (ESAB NCE301, HURCO BMC 50, Siemens SINUMERIK 802D...) you profit for Bar feeders and Bar loading magazines from low total costs of ownership.
