PIETRO CUCCHI MC-C-PB70 MDA integration technology


 


The PIETRO CUCCHI MC-C-PB70 MDA integration technology for Bar feeders and Bar loading magazines enables you to view conditions of production ressources, view machine states and monitor multiple machine work of the plant floor.

The SAP - Machine connector integrates resources like Rectangular Rotary Tables for Borers, Slidinghead automatics or Horizontal Bending Presses Bulldozers seamlessly with ERP/MES like Proalpha or XMII SAP and delivers consistent information (Operating time, Quality, Speed Loss) in real time. With the XMII client connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (GUIFIL, PFAUTERS, HESSAPP...) and control-specific (TRAUB TND 400, CINCINNATI Acramatic 900 / 950, MESSMA Kelch EAZ...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Cursor DB 40, Wait for position related switching or DMP configuring) to uniform machine states like Tool Change , Maintenance Assist, Out Of Auto.

  • Transform states like (Tool Change , Maintenance Assist, Out Of Auto) to indicators (Operating time, Quality, Speed Loss).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Machine - SAP connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (GUIFIL, PFAUTERS, HESSAPP) machine programming the Production Data Acquisition connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Presses hydraulic, Measuring machines or Milling machines that are customized for controls (TRAUB TND 400, CINCINNATI Acramatic 900 / 950, MESSMA Kelch EAZ...) you profit for Bar feeders and Bar loading magazines from low total costs of ownership.
