The ANAYAK FBZ 4000 Machine Data Extractor for Bed milling machines moving column enables you to create order related reports, visualize machine data and reinforce the corporate strategy of the plant floor.

The MDA connector integrates resources like Surface roughness measuring equipment, Deep Hole drilling machines Vertical or Other Knuckle Joint Presses seamlessly with ERP/MES like Baan or Microsoft Navision and delivers consistent information (Ideal Cycle Time, Quality, ) in real time. With the Machine Communication interface you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (KREISSCHERE KUNZ, FARLEY, FUKUNAGA YUATSU...) and control-specific (Siemens Sinumerik 7T, MITSUBISHI 320M, NASSOVIA Schiess...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Command channel, Reset or H modification) to uniform machine states like Specific Alarm, Idle , DCON Communication Lost.

  • Transform states like (Specific Alarm, Idle , DCON Communication Lost) to indicators (Ideal Cycle Time, Quality, ).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the ERP connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (KREISSCHERE KUNZ, FARLEY, FUKUNAGA YUATSU) machine programming the ERP connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Presses mechanical, Surface treatment machines or Shaping and slotting machines that are customized for controls (Siemens Sinumerik 7T, MITSUBISHI 320M, NASSOVIA Schiess...) you profit for Bed milling machines moving column from low total costs of ownership.
