INNSE ZENITH 1-10 CNC ERP connector


 


The INNSE ZENITH 1-10 CNC ERP connector for Bed milling machines moving column enables you to enhance the plant floor specific key figures, enhance the plant floor specific key figures and achieve a higher failure safety of the plant floor.

The MES Connector module integrates resources like Circular Sawing Machines, Guillotine Shears Mechanical or Double column grinding machines seamlessly with ERP/MES like SAP R/3 or Brain and delivers consistent information (Startup Rejects, Planned Shut Down, Ideal Run Rate) in real time. With the Machine EDP Connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (LYON FLEX, WATERBURY FARREL, BECHE...) and control-specific (Siemens Sinumerik 520 C, IBH macro 8005 NT macro 8010EE, ARIES 03...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Key disable to NC Edit, Input, Cancel, PSTEP procedure step selected or Single block) to uniform machine states like Production Stop , Faulted , Tool Change .

  • Transform states like (Production Stop , Faulted , Tool Change ) to indicators (Startup Rejects, Planned Shut Down, Ideal Run Rate).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Process Data Connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (LYON FLEX, WATERBURY FARREL, BECHE) machine programming the XAPPS interface can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Measuring machines, Hammers or Shears that are customized for controls (Siemens Sinumerik 520 C, IBH macro 8005 NT macro 8010EE, ARIES 03...) you profit for Bed milling machines moving column from low total costs of ownership.
