MAUT K 3 ERP connector


 


The MAUT K 3 ERP connector for Bed milling machines moving column enables you to optimize your processes, analyze multiple machine work and create order related reports of the plant floor.

The Manufacturing Execution System connector integrates resources like Suction Venturi Machines, Die casting machines cold chamber or Forging Presses seamlessly with ERP/MES like SAP R/3 or SAGE and delivers consistent information (Availability, Down Time Loss, Operating time) in real time. With the MES connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (PRICISIONSLAP, CR ELECTRONIC, BERLIN...) and control-specific (ANILAM Crusader III, YASNAC MX 3, MITSUBISHI G DWC 110...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (T word, Block search with calculation softkey or Information bit for alarm concept FY) to uniform machine states like Blocked (Blocked Down), Low Material , Over Cycle .

  • Transform states like (Blocked (Blocked Down), Low Material , Over Cycle ) to indicators (Availability, Down Time Loss, Operating time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the SAP - Machine connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (PRICISIONSLAP, CR ELECTRONIC, BERLIN) machine programming the Machine - SAP connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Presses hydraulic, Sawing and filing machines or Bending machines that are customized for controls (ANILAM Crusader III, YASNAC MX 3, MITSUBISHI G DWC 110...) you profit for Bed milling machines moving column from low total costs of ownership.
