NOVAR PARTNER 2200 Operational Data Logging interface


 


The NOVAR PARTNER 2200 Operational Data Logging interface for Bed milling machines moving column enables you to ascertain the utilization ratio, analyze productive times and reduce the process time of the plant floor.

The Process Data interface integrates resources like Take-out Robots, Jig Grinders vertical or Other Knuckle Joint Presses seamlessly with ERP/MES like IBM or Proalpha and delivers consistent information (Changeover Time, Planned Production Time, Good Pieces) in real time. With the Quality - Production Data Acquisition interface you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (MANDELLI, ANDERSON, ASCHERSLEBEN...) and control-specific (AEG 471, ELESTA, DECKEL FP4...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Softkey function number DB40, Read-in disable or G00, rapid traverse) to uniform machine states like Degraded, Low Material , In Cycle.

  • Transform states like (Degraded, Low Material , In Cycle) to indicators (Changeover Time, Planned Production Time, Good Pieces).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Machine - MES interface does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (MANDELLI, ANDERSON, ASCHERSLEBEN) machine programming the XAPPS interface can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Thread and worm machines, Measuring machines or Shears that are customized for controls (AEG 471, ELESTA, DECKEL FP4...) you profit for Bed milling machines moving column from low total costs of ownership.
