The XAPPS connector integrates resources like Rectangular Rotary Tables for Borers, Deep Hole drilling machines Horizontal or Deep Hole drilling machines Horizontal seamlessly with ERP/MES like Microsoft Navision or Semiramis and delivers consistent information (Down Time Loss, Ideal Cycle Time, Setup and Adjustments) in real time. With the Sensor Machine EDP connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (RICHARD DAVIS, EUROPA, FRITZ WERNER...) and control-specific (ARIES 222 03PA, BRIDGEPORT EZ-T, AGATHON CNC 250 PA...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Static M signals, M19 acknowledge or Display in message line operational messages) to uniform machine states like Specific Alarm, Starved (Blocked Up) , End of Travel .

  • Transform states like (Specific Alarm, Starved (Blocked Up) , End of Travel ) to indicators (Down Time Loss, Ideal Cycle Time, Setup and Adjustments).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.
