HURON DXFT SAP - Machine connector


 


The HURON DXFT SAP - Machine connector for Bed milling machines moving table enables you to find out the time of production when working operator-less, recognize scheduled maintenances and analyze multiple machine work of the plant floor.

The XMII client connector integrates resources like Drying ovens 400-800 C, Conveyor feed systems loading and unloading or Rapid radial drilling machines seamlessly with ERP/MES like Brain or Microsoft Dynamics NAV and delivers consistent information (Small Stop, Takt Time, Quality Loss) in real time. With the MDA - MES connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (RIVOLTA, OMAG, NOMOCO...) and control-specific (FANUC 3TF, FANUC 20, TOSNUC 500 MX...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (NC stop, Cursor data or Serial interface DB 37) to uniform machine states like DCON Communication Lost, Power Off , Systems Fault .

  • Transform states like (DCON Communication Lost, Power Off , Systems Fault ) to indicators (Small Stop, Takt Time, Quality Loss).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Process Data interface does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (RIVOLTA, OMAG, NOMOCO) machine programming the Operational Data Logging interface can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Machining centers, Hammers or Die casting machines that are customized for controls (FANUC 3TF, FANUC 20, TOSNUC 500 MX...) you profit for Bed milling machines moving table from low total costs of ownership.
