The LAGUN GBM 18 ATC MES - Machine integration connector for Bed milling machines moving table enables you to monitor multiple machine work, analyze multiple machine work and imporove transparency of the plant floor.

The SCADA - MES connector technology integrates resources like Vertical turning machines, Deep Hole drilling machines Vertical or Sheet centres for punching bending and cutting seamlessly with ERP/MES like Brain or PSI and delivers consistent information (Adjustment Time, Reduced Speed, Small Stop) in real time. With the Industrial Data Acquisition you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (KOLLSCHEN 3000, AVYAC F, SAF MATIC...) and control-specific (GÜTTINGER NUM 76O, GE Fanuc Automation CNC Fanuc Serie 32i Model A, Siemens SINUMERIK 840D sl...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Spindle disable, Control key group or Dynamic SW limit switch monitoring passive) to uniform machine states like Undefined , Maintenance Assist, Communication Fault.

  • Transform states like (Undefined , Maintenance Assist, Communication Fault) to indicators (Adjustment Time, Reduced Speed, Small Stop).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Machine - MES interface does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (KOLLSCHEN 3000, AVYAC F, SAF MATIC) machine programming the XAPPS interface can be implemented rapidly.
