MRF FBF-OROPESA Operational Data Acquisition connector


 


The MRF FBF-OROPESA Operational Data Acquisition connector for Bed milling machines moving table enables you to view machine states, reinforce the corporate strategy and finetune of the plant floor.

The Manufacturing Execution System connector integrates resources like Shaping machines, Portal and Gantry milling machines or Trimming machines seamlessly with ERP/MES like SAP Business One or XMII SAP and delivers consistent information (Ideal Run Rate, Cycle Time, Ideal Run Rate) in real time. With the Process Data interface you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (KOLB CSEPEL, DEGEN, DELTA...) and control-specific (MANDELLI Plasma, Fadal 32 MP, SM motion control sm800...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Actual gear stage, Spindle speed override active or Data transfer ended) to uniform machine states like Communication Fault, Production Stop , Over Cycle .

  • Transform states like (Communication Fault, Production Stop , Over Cycle ) to indicators (Ideal Run Rate, Cycle Time, Ideal Run Rate).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the MDA connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (KOLB CSEPEL, DEGEN, DELTA) machine programming the Process Data Acquisition can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Drilling machines, Sheet Metalforming machines or Erosion machines that are customized for controls (MANDELLI Plasma, Fadal 32 MP, SM motion control sm800...) you profit for Bed milling machines moving table from low total costs of ownership.
