The Machine Data Extractor integrates resources like Blasting machines continuous automatic, Gear Tooth Chamfering Pointing and Rounding Machines or Folding machines Hydraulic seamlessly with ERP/MES like IBM or IBS Enterprise and delivers consistent information (Quality, Ideal Run Rate, Changeover Time) in real time. With the Process Data interface you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (OSTERWALDER, RANSOME, MAS-TOS...) and control-specific (NUM 750, ASEA 400, DE VILIEG Measuring Machine...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Negative edge, Command channel or Error acknowledgement DB 40) to uniform machine states like Power Off , Specific Alarm, Specific Alarm.

  • Transform states like (Power Off , Specific Alarm, Specific Alarm) to indicators (Quality, Ideal Run Rate, Changeover Time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Process Data Connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (OSTERWALDER, RANSOME, MAS-TOS) machine programming the Factory Data Collection technology can be implemented rapidly.
