SHW UF 4 Machine - EDP connector


 


The SHW UF 4 Machine - EDP connector for Bed milling machines moving table enables you to capture non-productive time, improveme the quality of data and improve the process efficiency of the plant floor.

The Industrial Data Acquisition integrates resources like Press Brakes Mechanical, Band Sawing Machines Horizontal or Chillers seamlessly with ERP/MES like Baan or MySAP and delivers consistent information (Speed Loss, Ideal Cycle Time, Planned Production Time) in real time. With the Machine - MES interface you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (MARVEL, GALDABINI, HEENAN AND FROUDE...) and control-specific (FANUC GN 11, ANILAM Crusader IIL, AGIE 100...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Cycle disable, Insertion executed acknowledge or F modification) to uniform machine states like Energy Conservation , Starved (Blocked Up) , Power Off .

  • Transform states like (Energy Conservation , Starved (Blocked Up) , Power Off ) to indicators (Speed Loss, Ideal Cycle Time, Planned Production Time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the OPC - ERP interface does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (MARVEL, GALDABINI, HEENAN AND FROUDE) machine programming the MES - Machine integration connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Sawing and filing machines, Grinding and honing machines or Thread and worm machines that are customized for controls (FANUC GN 11, ANILAM Crusader IIL, AGIE 100...) you profit for Bed milling machines moving table from low total costs of ownership.
