UNION - BIELEFELD BF 400-U MDA integration technology


 


The UNION - BIELEFELD BF 400-U MDA integration technology for Bed milling machines moving table enables you to monitor multiple machine work, analyze productive times and enhance the plant floor specific key figures of the plant floor.

The Production Data Acquisition connector integrates resources like Pneumatic Presses, Vertical turning machines or Column and Boom Manipulators seamlessly with ERP/MES like IBM or Proalpha and delivers consistent information (Production Rejects, Planned Production Time, Setup and Adjustments) in real time. With the XAPPS connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (ANDERSON, HAUNI-BLOHM, KAMA...) and control-specific (Siemens Sinumerik 550 C, FANUC 30B (M / T), GILDEMEISTER EPM ll (BTR)...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (ESR monitoring active, Source channel number address extension or Activate slave operation) to uniform machine states like Over Cycle , Quality Alert , Specific Alarm.

  • Transform states like (Over Cycle , Quality Alert , Specific Alarm) to indicators (Production Rejects, Planned Production Time, Setup and Adjustments).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the MDA integration technology does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (ANDERSON, HAUNI-BLOHM, KAMA) machine programming the MDA connector can be implemented rapidly.
