ADELL R 35 AR ERP connector


 


The ADELL R 35 AR ERP connector for Bench and Column type drilling machines enables you to visualize machine data, visualize machine data and apportion machine time to product costs of the plant floor.

The Manufacturing Execution System connector integrates resources like Mechanical Polishing Machinery, Self Aligning Rotators or Crankshaft and camshaft Grinders seamlessly with ERP/MES like infor or IBM and delivers consistent information (Plant Operating Time, Ideal Cycle Time, Setup and Adjustments) in real time. With the ODA Interface module you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (EATON LEONARD CORP-, KALTENBACH AND VERNET, DAH LIH TAIWAN...) and control-specific (HEIDENHAIN 145, ESAB NCE 500, MESSMA Kelch PC...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Machine area, Operator panel lock or Dynamic M signals DB 30) to uniform machine states like Energy Conservation , Communication Fault, Low Material .

  • Transform states like (Energy Conservation , Communication Fault, Low Material ) to indicators (Plant Operating Time, Ideal Cycle Time, Setup and Adjustments).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Process Data Connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (EATON LEONARD CORP-, KALTENBACH AND VERNET, DAH LIH TAIWAN) machine programming the Operational Data Logging interface can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Grinders, Drilling machines or Thread and worm machines that are customized for controls (HEIDENHAIN 145, ESAB NCE 500, MESSMA Kelch PC...) you profit for Bench and Column type drilling machines from low total costs of ownership.
