ROKU ROKU RND-1003 Machine - ERP interface


 


The ROKU ROKU RND-1003 Machine - ERP interface for Bench and Column type drilling machines enables you to increase data integrity, create order related reports and visualize machine data of the plant floor.

The Machine EDP Connector integrates resources like Deep Hole drilling machines Horizontal, Knuckle Joint Presses 2 or 4 columns or Other Crank Presses seamlessly with ERP/MES like Apertum or QAD and delivers consistent information (Reject Pieces, Startup Rejects, Quality Loss) in real time. With the MES interface you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (PME - ERFURT, CONTOUR, MSO...) and control-specific (ALLEN BRADLEY 8200, CINCINNATI Milacron A 900, Siemens Sinumerik 7M...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Block number, Wait for position related switching or Rapid traverse, G00) to uniform machine states like End of Travel , Systems Fault , End of Travel .

  • Transform states like (End of Travel , Systems Fault , End of Travel ) to indicators (Reject Pieces, Startup Rejects, Quality Loss).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the MES Connector module does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (PME - ERFURT, CONTOUR, MSO) machine programming the Operational Data Logging interface can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Erosion machines, Presses hydraulic or Drilling machines that are customized for controls (ALLEN BRADLEY 8200, CINCINNATI Milacron A 900, Siemens Sinumerik 7M...) you profit for Bench and Column type drilling machines from low total costs of ownership.
