WEBO V 6 Industrial Data Acquisition


 


The WEBO V 6 Industrial Data Acquisition for Bench and Column type drilling machines enables you to increase data integrity, acquire part time and improve the actuality of information of the plant floor.

The MDA connector integrates resources like Tube Cut-off machines, Horizontal Gear Hobbers or Guillotine Shears Hydraulic seamlessly with ERP/MES like MySAP or PSI and delivers consistent information (Quality Loss, , Rework Pieces) in real time. With the Process Data connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (MIVAL, SWEDISH LAB, HURTH...) and control-specific (ESAB NCE 500, BRIDGEPORT EZ-P, FANUC Power Mate H...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Operating mode group number, Coordination error or M00 M01, programmed stop) to uniform machine states like Degraded, Quality Alert , Blocked (Blocked Down).

  • Transform states like (Degraded, Quality Alert , Blocked (Blocked Down)) to indicators (Quality Loss, , Rework Pieces).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Machine - SAP connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (MIVAL, SWEDISH LAB, HURTH) machine programming the Sensor Machine EDP connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Grinders, Presses mechanical or Lathes that are customized for controls (ESAB NCE 500, BRIDGEPORT EZ-P, FANUC Power Mate H...) you profit for Bench and Column type drilling machines from low total costs of ownership.
