BALCONI - 50T MTS Process Data connector module


 


The BALCONI - 50T MTS Process Data connector module for Bench eccentric presses enables you to achieve a higher failure safety, recognize scheduled maintenances and improve the actuality of information of the plant floor.

The Manufacturing Execution System interface integrates resources like Band Sawing Machines Vertical, Fume Extraction or Double column grinding machines seamlessly with ERP/MES like QAD or ProALPHA and delivers consistent information (Ideal Run Rate, Speed Loss, Takt Time) in real time. With the Manufacturing Execution System connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (YANCHANG, FROEMAG, KALTENBACH DOPPELGEHRUNGS...) and control-specific (FACIT Reader, MAZAK T32, ECS 2101...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Displayed channel number 1 --- 6, Spindle in set range or Error number) to uniform machine states like Starved (Blocked Up) , Quality Alert , Maintenance Assist.

  • Transform states like (Starved (Blocked Up) , Quality Alert , Maintenance Assist) to indicators (Ideal Run Rate, Speed Loss, Takt Time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Process Data connector module does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (YANCHANG, FROEMAG, KALTENBACH DOPPELGEHRUNGS) machine programming the Machine - MES interface can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Milling machines, Sheet Metalforming machines or Grinders that are customized for controls (FACIT Reader, MAZAK T32, ECS 2101...) you profit for Bench eccentric presses from low total costs of ownership.
