The LISSE 2000x10 3 rolls OPC - ERP interface for Bending Rolls Hand operated enables you to analyze product costing, boost flexibility and increase transparency of the plant floor.

The MES connector integrates resources like Gear Tester Combination, Hack Saws or Folding machines Manual seamlessly with ERP/MES like Baan or Brain and delivers consistent information (Operating time, Planned Shut Down, Nameplate Capacity) in real time. With the MDA integration technology you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (SMT SWEDTURN, MAAG CH, STIEFELMAYER...) and control-specific (GE MC 2000, MANURHIN Automatic, GE Fanuc Automation CNC Power Mate iH...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Spindle speed override, Serial interface DB 37 or Spindle synchronized) to uniform machine states like In Cycle, Safety Net , Faulted .

  • Transform states like (In Cycle, Safety Net , Faulted ) to indicators (Operating time, Planned Shut Down, Nameplate Capacity).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Machine - MES interface does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (SMT SWEDTURN, MAAG CH, STIEFELMAYER) machine programming the Factory Data Collection technology can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Borers, Milling machines or Grinders that are customized for controls (GE MC 2000, MANURHIN Automatic, GE Fanuc Automation CNC Power Mate iH...) you profit for Bending Rolls Hand operated from low total costs of ownership.
