The BOLDRINI 4000 x 30 mm SCADA - MES connector technology for Bending Rolls Hydraulic operated enables you to ascertain the utilization ratio, determine the costs per part and optimize processes of the plant floor.

The Manufacturing Execution System connector integrates resources like Transfer Presses 2-4 columns, Extrusion Presses or Multi Spindle drilling machines seamlessly with ERP/MES like Ordat or SAP xApps and delivers consistent information (Takt Time, Process, Run Rate) in real time. With the Machine - SAP connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (MD, JOPE, MICROFORATRICE SIELT...) and control-specific (CARSTENS CNC 83, GE 7542, OKUMA OSP3000...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Function result, Parameter test or Rapid override active) to uniform machine states like Undefined , Non Productive , Starved (Blocked Up) .

  • Transform states like (Undefined , Non Productive , Starved (Blocked Up) ) to indicators (Takt Time, Process, Run Rate).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the OPC - MES - ERP connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (MD, JOPE, MICROFORATRICE SIELT) machine programming the Factory Data Collection technology can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Wire machines, Robots or Shears that are customized for controls (CARSTENS CNC 83, GE 7542, OKUMA OSP3000...) you profit for Bending Rolls Hydraulic operated from low total costs of ownership.
