The JAMMES-PROMECAM HC2 30 15 MES - Machine integration connector for Bending Rolls Hydraulic operated enables you to apportion machine time to product costs, enhance profitability and efficiency and find out the time of production when working operator-less of the plant floor.

The Quality - Production Data Acquisition interface integrates resources like Deep Hole drilling machines Horizontal, Open Gap Crank Presses or Plate edge planers seamlessly with ERP/MES like SAP R/3 or Proalpha and delivers consistent information (Run Rate, Quality, Planned Shut Down) in real time. With the Factory Data Collection technology you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (S-M-, WINTER, FARLEY - DRILL PLASMA...) and control-specific (YASNAC i 80 b, HEIDENHAIN TNC 407, MAZAK T2...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Spindle synchronized, Feedrate override for rapid traverse selected or Block search) to uniform machine states like Power Off , Tool Change , Energy Conservation .

  • Transform states like (Power Off , Tool Change , Energy Conservation ) to indicators (Run Rate, Quality, Planned Shut Down).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the MES interface does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (S-M-, WINTER, FARLEY - DRILL PLASMA) machine programming the Process Data Acquisition can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Die casting machines, Robots or Gear cutting machines that are customized for controls (YASNAC i 80 b, HEIDENHAIN TNC 407, MAZAK T2...) you profit for Bending Rolls Hydraulic operated from low total costs of ownership.
