LISSE CFH 20-31-5 Manufacturing Execution System interface


 


The LISSE CFH 20-31-5 Manufacturing Execution System interface for Bending Rolls Hydraulic operated enables you to determine and analyze key figures, capture non-productive time and recognize scheduled maintenances of the plant floor.

The SAP - ERP connector integrates resources like Folding machines Manual, Aqueous Precision Cleaning or Air- and magnetic Drop Hammers seamlessly with ERP/MES like Proalpha or Proalpha and delivers consistent information (Small Stop, Good Pieces, Production Rejects) in real time. With the MES connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (TALYROND, PITTLER, INTOS...) and control-specific (Siemens Sinumerik 6TA, ECS 2101, HEIDENHAIN VRZ 720B...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (H word, Axis lock or Feedrate disable general and read-in disable) to uniform machine states like Over Cycle , End of Travel , Faulted .

  • Transform states like (Over Cycle , End of Travel , Faulted ) to indicators (Small Stop, Good Pieces, Production Rejects).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the MDA integration technology does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (TALYROND, PITTLER, INTOS) machine programming the Machine Data Logger interface can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Wire machines, Erosion machines or Lathes that are customized for controls (Siemens Sinumerik 6TA, ECS 2101, HEIDENHAIN VRZ 720B...) you profit for Bending Rolls Hydraulic operated from low total costs of ownership.
