LISSE 6 NM 20 OPC - ERP interface


 


The LISSE 6 NM 20 OPC - ERP interface for Bending Rolls Mechanical operated enables you to imporove transparency, view conditions of production ressources and find out the error rate of the plant floor.

The MDA connector integrates resources like Wire straightening and cutting-off machines, Process Cooling or Cylindrical Grinders seamlessly with ERP/MES like IBM or Navision and delivers consistent information (Cycle Time, Total Pieces, Production Rejects) in real time. With the MDA integration technology you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (LINDEMAIER, BERARDI, OMERA...) and control-specific (SM motion control sm340, AEG 251, SM motion control sm300...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Axis-specific 611D signals, Actual direction of rotation clockwise or Skip block) to uniform machine states like Safety Net , Auto Ready , Communication Fault.

  • Transform states like (Safety Net , Auto Ready , Communication Fault) to indicators (Cycle Time, Total Pieces, Production Rejects).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the ERP connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (LINDEMAIER, BERARDI, OMERA) machine programming the MDA connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Borers, Grinders or Grinders that are customized for controls (SM motion control sm340, AEG 251, SM motion control sm300...) you profit for Bending Rolls Mechanical operated from low total costs of ownership.
