SMT BENNIE Machine - SAP connector


 


The SMT BENNIE Machine - SAP connector for Bending Rolls Mechanical operated enables you to increase data integrity, capture non-productive time and capture process information of the plant floor.

The MES interface integrates resources like Laser Cutting Machines, Guillotine Shears Hand operated or Gear Honing Machines seamlessly with ERP/MES like IBM or Microsoft Dynamics NAV and delivers consistent information (Ideal Run Rate, Availability, Speed Loss) in real time. With the Process Data connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (VDF, MPE, KAPP...) and control-specific (FANUC 15, HEIDENHAIN 760B, PHILIPS B32T...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Rapid override active, Last information or Screen dark) to uniform machine states like Safety Net , In Cycle, Idle .

  • Transform states like (Safety Net , In Cycle, Idle ) to indicators (Ideal Run Rate, Availability, Speed Loss).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Machine - EDP connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (VDF, MPE, KAPP) machine programming the Machine - MES interface can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Drilling machines, Gear cutting machines or Wire machines that are customized for controls (FANUC 15, HEIDENHAIN 760B, PHILIPS B32T...) you profit for Bending Rolls Mechanical operated from low total costs of ownership.
