GLEASON MDA connector


 


The GLEASON MDA connector for Bevel Gear Generators Spiral enables you to determine the costs per part, capture non-productive time and acquire the correct part time of the plant floor.

The SCADA - MES connector technology integrates resources like Hand operated Swager, Roundness shaft and production measuring equipment or Bowl Vibrators seamlessly with ERP/MES like SAP or SAGE and delivers consistent information (Small Stop, Actual Cycle Time, Planned Shut Down) in real time. With the MES Connector module you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (PRESS, JOB, ORT...) and control-specific (ProCom ProCom CNC300, YASNAC MX 1, DECKEL FP4...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Dynamic function signals, DB DX number base cursor data or ESR response programmed) to uniform machine states like Low Material , Specific Alarm, Safety Net .

  • Transform states like (Low Material , Specific Alarm, Safety Net ) to indicators (Small Stop, Actual Cycle Time, Planned Shut Down).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Machine Communication interface does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (PRESS, JOB, ORT) machine programming the Process Data Connector can be implemented rapidly.
