GLEASON SCADA - OPC - ERP connector


 


The GLEASON SCADA - OPC - ERP connector for Bevel Gear Generators Spiral enables you to visualize idle machine states , achieve a higher failure safety and monitor multiple machine work of the plant floor.

The SAP - ERP connector integrates resources like Guillotine Shears Hand operated, Shrinker Metal Former or Horizontal milling machines seamlessly with ERP/MES like Proalpha or Oracle and delivers consistent information (Setup and Adjustments, Reduced Speed, Quality Loss) in real time. With the Machine Data Extractor you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (CAZENEUVE, WMW HECKERT, SCHWARTZ WIRTZ...) and control-specific (OKUMA 5020, SCHLEICHER Electronic XCN 500, DECKEL Contour 3...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (DEC single block selected, Rapid override or Request for key lock DB 40) to uniform machine states like Auto Ready , DCON Communication Lost, Undefined .

  • Transform states like (Auto Ready , DCON Communication Lost, Undefined ) to indicators (Setup and Adjustments, Reduced Speed, Quality Loss).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Factory Data Capture technology does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (CAZENEUVE, WMW HECKERT, SCHWARTZ WIRTZ) machine programming the Machine Data Logger interface can be implemented rapidly.
