The XAPPS connector integrates resources like Bending Rolls Hand operated, Section Benders Horizontal or Bevel Gear Testers seamlessly with ERP/MES like Oracle or infor and delivers consistent information (Down Time Loss, Nameplate Capacity, Quality) in real time. With the Machine - EDP connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (UWM, HECKERT, DONAU - KNAPP...) and control-specific (OKUMA 5020, GE 1050 HL o.X, AGATHON CNC 250 PLUS...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (NC stop, Actual parameter set number Speed ratio or DMP configuring) to uniform machine states like Production Stop , Blocked (Blocked Down), DCON Communication Lost.

  • Transform states like (Production Stop , Blocked (Blocked Down), DCON Communication Lost) to indicators (Down Time Loss, Nameplate Capacity, Quality).
