The WMW ZRKK 500 MES-ERP connector for Bevel Gear Generators Spiral enables you to finetune, ascertain the utilization ratio and post calculate of the plant floor.

The MES-ERP connector integrates resources like Electrochemical machines, Transfer Presses or CNC-lathes 2-axes seamlessly with ERP/MES like Apertum or SAP Business One and delivers consistent information (Performance, Planned Production Time, Down Time Loss) in real time. With the Machine EDP Connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (STANKO-ETS, FOERDERER, GENE...) and control-specific (MAZAK M2, FANUC 9, FANUC 16...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (End number, Configuration DB or Block search) to uniform machine states like Faulted , Systems Fault , DCON Communication Lost.

  • Transform states like (Faulted , Systems Fault , DCON Communication Lost) to indicators (Performance, Planned Production Time, Down Time Loss).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Process Data connector module does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (STANKO-ETS, FOERDERER, GENE) machine programming the SAP - Machine connector can be implemented rapidly.
