The GLEASON Factory Data Capture technology for Bevel Gear Generators Straight enables you to boost flexibility, optimize efficiency and effectiveness and improve the actuality of information of the plant floor.

The SCADA - MES connector technology integrates resources like Multispindle bar automatics, Folding machines Manual or Facing Lathes seamlessly with ERP/MES like IBM or XMII SAP and delivers consistent information (Ideal Cycle Time, Rework Pieces, Plant Operating Time) in real time. With the Process Data Acquisition you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (VEB MEUSELWITZ, CM, PINON...) and control-specific (MESSMA Kelch PC, AMK Arnold Mueller CNC 900, CNC 905, MITSUBISHI G DWC 110...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Programmed stop; M00,M01, Mode group number or PLC MD words for basic program) to uniform machine states like Faulted , Systems Fault , Faulted .

  • Transform states like (Faulted , Systems Fault , Faulted ) to indicators (Ideal Cycle Time, Rework Pieces, Plant Operating Time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Operational Data Logging interface does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (VEB MEUSELWITZ, CM, PINON) machine programming the Machine Data Logger interface can be implemented rapidly.
