KLINGELNBERG BF 204 Process Data interface


 


The KLINGELNBERG BF 204 Process Data interface for Bevel Gear Generators Straight enables you to enhance the plant floor specific key figures, reduce the process time and increase data integrity of the plant floor.

The OPC - ERP interface integrates resources like Guillotine Shears Mechanical, Conveyor feed systems loading and unloading or Horizontal milling machines seamlessly with ERP/MES like SAP xApps or SAP xApps and delivers consistent information (Quality Loss, Planned Shut Down, Takt Time) in real time. With the Process Data Connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (BALCONI - 50T, REMS, CINCINATTI MILARCON...) and control-specific (PHILIPS 432, FANUC 3T, HELLER Unipro 90...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (M02 M30, Program end, abort, DEC single block or Softkey number change) to uniform machine states like Quality Alert , Safety Net , Non Productive .

  • Transform states like (Quality Alert , Safety Net , Non Productive ) to indicators (Quality Loss, Planned Shut Down, Takt Time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the MDA connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (BALCONI - 50T, REMS, CINCINATTI MILARCON) machine programming the Machine Data Logger interface can be implemented rapidly.
