GLEASON Machine Communication interface


 


The GLEASON Machine Communication interface for Bevel Gear Grinders enables you to finetune, log operator-less machine times and visibly improve the transparency of the plant floor.

The Operational Data Logging interface integrates resources like Punch Copying machines Mechanical, Sawblade grinding machines or Aqueous Dunk Wash seamlessly with ERP/MES like Proalpha or Semiramis and delivers consistent information (Takt Time, Production Rejects, Actual Run Rate) in real time. With the Operational Data Logging interface you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (CONSTAN, MECOLPRESS, VIBRATORE ROSLER...) and control-specific (AGATHON CNC ULTRA, BOSCH 200, Jetter JetControl 647-MC...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Block search with calculation, DRF selected or M word 1 2 3 modification) to uniform machine states like Starved (Blocked Up) , Systems Fault , End of Travel .

  • Transform states like (Starved (Blocked Up) , Systems Fault , End of Travel ) to indicators (Takt Time, Production Rejects, Actual Run Rate).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the ERP connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (CONSTAN, MECOLPRESS, VIBRATORE ROSLER) machine programming the Industrial Data Capture module can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Sheet Metalforming machines, Milling machines or Lathes that are customized for controls (AGATHON CNC ULTRA, BOSCH 200, Jetter JetControl 647-MC...) you profit for Bevel Gear Grinders from low total costs of ownership.
