The VOGEL AND SCHEMMANN S 1890 SCADA - MES connector technology for Blasting and Extraction enables you to improve operating results, enhance the information flow and transparence and ascertain the plant utilization of the plant floor.

The XAPPS connector integrates resources like Gravity Die Casting Machines, Horizontal Borers Table type or Folding Machines Mechanical seamlessly with ERP/MES like infor or XMII SAP and delivers consistent information (Actual Cycle Time, Operating time, Fully Productive Time) in real time. With the MDA connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (EXTRUDE HONE, GENEVOISE, BULMAK ZMM-SLIVEN...) and control-specific (Ferrocontrol ExC66, BOEHRINGER B3T, Eckelmann PNC55...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Resynchronize spindle, T word or Menu number change) to uniform machine states like Systems Fault , Idle , Faulted .

  • Transform states like (Systems Fault , Idle , Faulted ) to indicators (Actual Cycle Time, Operating time, Fully Productive Time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the SCADA - OPC - ERP connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (EXTRUDE HONE, GENEVOISE, BULMAK ZMM-SLIVEN) machine programming the Machine - EDP connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Shaping and slotting machines, Milling machines or Robots that are customized for controls (Ferrocontrol ExC66, BOEHRINGER B3T, Eckelmann PNC55...) you profit for Blasting and Extraction from low total costs of ownership.
