ZM Sandblasting Machine Data Logger interface


 


The ZM Sandblasting Machine Data Logger interface for Blasting and Extraction enables you to reduce the process time, finetune and optimize your processes of the plant floor.

The XAPPS interface integrates resources like Radial drilling machines, Fume Extraction or Measuring Cylinders Parallels- and Squares seamlessly with ERP/MES like ProALPHA or Microsoft Navision and delivers consistent information (Breakdowns, Breakdowns, Down Time Loss) in real time. With the Machine - SAP connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (MINALI - 200T, CUMBRE, MIKRON MFT 50-012...) and control-specific (GILDEMEISTER EPM (SET), HEIDENHAIN TNC155, HEIDENHAIN TNC 131...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Operating mode group number, Star delta changeover DB31 611D or Activate slave operation) to uniform machine states like Non Productive , In Cycle, Tool Change .

  • Transform states like (Non Productive , In Cycle, Tool Change ) to indicators (Breakdowns, Breakdowns, Down Time Loss).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the MDA connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (MINALI - 200T, CUMBRE, MIKRON MFT 50-012) machine programming the Machine - MES interface can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Shaping and slotting machines, Die casting machines or Gear cutting machines that are customized for controls (GILDEMEISTER EPM (SET), HEIDENHAIN TNC155, HEIDENHAIN TNC 131...) you profit for Blasting and Extraction from low total costs of ownership.
