PAMA AC 125 M OPC - MES - ERP connector


 


The PAMA AC 125 M OPC - MES - ERP connector for Borers Floor type with travelling column enables you to improve the process efficiency, monitor order related machine times and boost flexibility of the plant floor.

The Process Data Acquisition integrates resources like Robots welding and painting gun, Furnaces or Punch Copying machines Hydraulic seamlessly with ERP/MES like Ordat or Ordat and delivers consistent information (Nameplate Capacity, Net Operating Time, Ideal Run Rate) in real time. With the Process Data connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (LEISTRITZ, CHU SHIN, FORTUNA L-Z-T-K-...) and control-specific (DE VILIEG Measuring Machine, SM motion control sm300, YASNAC i 80 b...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Emergency stop to NC messages, Cursor DB 40 or G96, constant cutting speed) to uniform machine states like Tool Change , Low Material , Tool Change .

  • Transform states like (Tool Change , Low Material , Tool Change ) to indicators (Nameplate Capacity, Net Operating Time, Ideal Run Rate).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Process Data Connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (LEISTRITZ, CHU SHIN, FORTUNA L-Z-T-K-) machine programming the Process Data Connector can be implemented rapidly.
