The CARDINAL WEATHERLEY Vertical Broach Process Data interface for Broaching machines Vertical enables you to reinforce the corporate strategy, enhance the productivity and acquire the correct part time of the plant floor.

The MES interface integrates resources like Turret Head drilling machines, Vertical borer single column or Extrusion Presses seamlessly with ERP/MES like Ordat or Apertum and delivers consistent information (Total Pieces, Rework Pieces, Planned Production Time) in real time. With the Factory Data Capture technology you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (TAILIFT, ANDREA DE BERNARDI, THULE...) and control-specific (GE Fanuc Automation CNC Fanuc Serie 30i Model A, FANUC 11, ALLEN BRADLEY 7320...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (MMC CPU ready, PLC spindle control or Help key) to uniform machine states like Degraded, Auto Ready , Quality Alert .

  • Transform states like (Degraded, Auto Ready , Quality Alert ) to indicators (Total Pieces, Rework Pieces, Planned Production Time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the SCADA - OPC - ERP connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (TAILIFT, ANDREA DE BERNARDI, THULE) machine programming the Process Data Connector can be implemented rapidly.
