COLONIAL RP 10 - 36 SAP - ERP connector


 


The COLONIAL RP 10 - 36 SAP - ERP connector for Broaching machines Vertical enables you to determine and analyze key figures, improve operating results and find out the time of production when working operator-less of the plant floor.

The SAP - ERP connector integrates resources like Gang and other drilling machines, Open Gap Bench Presses or Transfer machines in one line seamlessly with ERP/MES like ProALPHA or Brain and delivers consistent information (Actual Cycle Time, Run Rate, ) in real time. With the SCADA - MES connector technology you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (STRAMA, BORMASTER, RIELLO...) and control-specific (DECKEL Dialog 11, AGIE 300, SM motion control sm800...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Travel command, Data type data output or Position spindle) to uniform machine states like Low Material , DCON Communication Lost, Low Material .

  • Transform states like (Low Material , DCON Communication Lost, Low Material ) to indicators (Actual Cycle Time, Run Rate, ).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the MDA - MES connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (STRAMA, BORMASTER, RIELLO) machine programming the Machine Data Logger interface can be implemented rapidly.
