The FORST RASF 10x2800x400 TVA OPC - MES - ERP connector for Broaching machines Vertical enables you to imporove transparency, create order related reports and monitor corrective maintenance of the plant floor.

The SAP - Machine connector integrates resources like Pipe manufacturing machines, Cutting Off Machines by grinding or Non Ferrous Circular Sawing Machines seamlessly with ERP/MES like SAP xApps or SAP and delivers consistent information (Takt Time, Speed Loss, Reject Pieces) in real time. With the SAP - ERP connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (TC, OMEG, GUYSON...) and control-specific (ALLEN BRADLEY 7320, FANUC 3TF, DECKEL Dialog 11...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (M word 1 2 3, Actual parameter set number Position control or Probe selected) to uniform machine states like Production Stop , Idle , DCON Communication Lost.

  • Transform states like (Production Stop , Idle , DCON Communication Lost) to indicators (Takt Time, Speed Loss, Reject Pieces).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the SCADA - OPC - ERP connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (TC, OMEG, GUYSON) machine programming the XAPPS connector can be implemented rapidly.
